Galaxy Premium Yield is available to corporate accounts that have verified U.S. accredited investor status on the GalaxyOne platform. Accredited investor verification is completed after your corporate account has been approved by the GalaxyOne team.

    Accreditation requirements for entities

Most legal entities — including LLCs, corporations, trusts, and partnerships — qualify as accredited investors if they have more than $5 million in total assets. Entities owned entirely by individuals who each qualify as accredited investors also meet the accredited investor definition, regardless of total entity assets.

    Verification process

Once your GalaxyOne corporate account is active, you can initiate accredited investor verification through your GalaxyOne dashboard. Supporting documentation may include:

    • Bank account statements
    • Brokerage account statements
    • Real estate appraisals or property records
    • Other financial documents evidencing total assets

Documents must be recent, legible, and reflect the legal entity name on file with GalaxyOne. Once your entity's accredited investor status is confirmed, Galaxy Premium Yield will become available in your dashboard.

GalaxyOne for Business is not yet publicly available. You can join the waitlist at  galaxy.app/business/waitlist. Full access is expected later in 2026.
