How do I open a GalaxyOne individual account?

Getting started takes just a few minutes:

1. Download the GalaxyOne app from the iOS or Android App Store, or visit one.galaxy.app from a desktop / web browser

2. Submit your personal information including full name, date of birth, social security number, phone number, and current address

3. Complete the in-app identity verification (KYC) process powered by Plaid

Once verified, your account will be created automatically — no additional steps needed!
