How do I know if I verify as an accredited investor?

We can guide you through a short verification process during onboarding to determine your eligibility. You may qualify as an accredited investor if you meet one of the following criteria:

Income
You earned over $200,000 (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse or spousal equivalent) in each of the last two years and expect to maintain that income this year.

Net Worth
You have a net worth over $1 million, individually or jointly with a spouse or spousal equivalent - excluding the value of your primary residence.

Professional Certifications
You hold certain active financial licenses such as the Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82.
