Some financial institutions, particularly brokerage firms, offer cash management accounts with checking-like features (for example, Fidelity's Cash Management Account or Morgan Stanley's CashPlus account). These accounts are structured differently from a traditional bank checking account, which can affect ACH funding on GalaxyOne.

    • The account connects, but doesn't show up as a funding option: It may connect successfully and appear under Manage Accounts > Connected Accounts, but the account and routing information needed for ACH isn't always available through the connection. This is why it won't appear in the From dropdown when you try to fund your account.
    • What to do instead: Link a standard checking or savings account from another bank. Once it's connected, it will show up in the From dropdown immediately, and you'll be able to fund your account right away.

Note: This is a limitation in how these institutions share account data for ACH, not an error with your GalaxyOne account or connection.
