What happens if I have an overdue payment?

If your monthly interest payment is not made and your account is 30 days past due, GalaxyOne will automatically sell a portion of your collateral equal to the overdue interest amount to bring your account current.

If your account remains delinquent beyond 30 days, contact GalaxyOne support immediately to discuss your options.
