How do I make a payment?

On your Portfolio Line of Credit Dashboard, tap “Make a Payment.” You can choose between:

• Cash payment. Using funds from your GalaxyOne Cash account or a connected bank account via ACH transfer.
• Sell collateral. Selling a portion of your pledged crypto assets directly to pay down the loan.

For ACH payments, you will receive two separate email notifications: one when your payment is submitted, and a second when it is applied to your account. Your loan balance and LTV update only after the payment clears, not when it is submitted.

For collateral sale payments, you receive one email once the sale completes and proceeds are applied. Balance and LTV update immediately.

To payoff your Portfolio Line of Credit in full, on the payment screen, tap “Max” to pay the full balance (principal plus all unpaid and accrued interest).
