GalaxyOne supports Trust accounts as a Business Account entity type.

    Trust types supported

Revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts. No other trust types are currently supported.

    Eligibility

    • The trust must be formed in the United States. Non-US trusts are not supported.

    • All trust parties (Trustees, Grantors, and Beneficiaries) must be US persons.

    • Individuals under 18 cannot be added as a Trustee, Grantor, or Beneficiary.

    • Another trust or business entity cannot be added as a Trustee, Grantor, or Beneficiary.

If you already have a GalaxyOne account

Having an individual or business account does not prevent you from opening a trust account. Being listed as a party on someone else's trust does not either. Each account needs its own email address, so you'll use a different email for your trust account than for any account you already have.

    How it works

    1. Select Trust as your entity type when opening a Business Account.
    2. Enter your trust's information.
    3. Add your trust's parties under Ownership and Controlling Parties.
    4. Upload your trust's supporting documents.
    5. Review and submit your application.

You complete your own identity verification during the application. Every other unique trust party is sent an email to complete theirs. Your application is reviewed once all required parties have completed verification.
