    You can track the status of your wire in the app under your transaction history. Here is what each status means: 

    StatusWhat it means
    ProcessingWire is being prepared. Funds are on hold.
    PostedFunds credited to the recipient's bank account.
    CancelledWire stopped before being sent. No funds moved.
    FailedWire could not be posted - no funds moved, or receiving bank rejected the wire. If returned by receiving bank, funds will be returned to GalaxyOne Cash account within 1–3 business days. 

    If your transfer shows a Failed status, please retry your transfer or contact Client Services for assistance. 

    If your receiving bank rejects the wire — for example, due to an incorrect account number, closed account, or account name mismatch  — your funds will be returned to your GalaxyOne Cash account. Returns typically take 1–3 business days.  If your funds have not been returned after 3 business days, contact Client Services.
