How do I withdraw USDC?
GalaxyOne allows you to withdraw funds from your GalaxyOne Cash account, convert and send as USDC to an external wallet on Ethereum or Solana. The USD amount you withdraw is converted to USDC via our partner Paxos Trust Company LLC at the time of the transaction and sent to your specified wallet address.
STEPS
- Go to the Withdraw screen in the app or on the web.
- Select Stablecoin as your withdrawal method.
- Choose a network — Ethereum or Solana.
- Enter your destination wallet address. Make sure it's on the same network you selected.
- Enter the USD amount you want to withdraw. You'll see the estimated USDC amount before you confirm.
- Confirm the withdrawal with your two-factor authentication or biometric.
- You'll receive a notification once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
- Double-check your wallet address before confirming. Withdrawals sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
- Make sure the destination address matches the network you selected. An Ethereum address will not work on Solana, and vice versa.
- Withdrawals cannot be cancelled once submitted. Review all details carefully before confirming.
- If you're unsure of your destination address, send a small test amount first before withdrawing your full balance.
Network fees apply. Transferring USDC to an external wallet requires a blockchain network fee (gas fee) paid to the network, not to GalaxyOne. This fee is deducted from your sending amount and varies by network — Solana fees are typically a fraction of a cent, while Ethereum fees can range from a few cents to several dollars depending on network congestion. Make sure your wallet has enough ETH or SOL to cover the fee.
