Why isn't my USDC withdrawal processing?

My withdrawal is taking longer than expected

Processing times depend on the network. USDC sent on the Ethereum network typically takes 5–15 minutes after broadcast; USDC sent on the Solana network typically takes 1–2 minutes. During periods of network congestion, these times may be longer. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours without an update, contact our Client Services team with your transaction reference number.

My withdrawal failed

If your withdrawal fails, your USD balance will be automatically returned to your GalaxyOne Cash Account and you'll receive a notification. Contact our Client Services team if you need assistance.

I entered the wrong wallet address

Withdrawals to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered. Always verify the full wallet address and selected network before confirming. If you realize you've entered the wrong address before the transaction is broadcast, contact our Client Services team immediately — we may be able to intervene if it hasn't been submitted to the network yet.

I didn't receive my USDC

Check the transaction status in your GalaxyOne transaction history. If it shows as confirmed, check your external wallet and make sure you're viewing the correct network. If you still don't see the funds, contact our Client Services team with your transaction hash.
