Why isn't my USDC deposit showing up?
My deposit is taking longer than expected
Confirmation times vary based on network activity. USDC deposits via the Ethereum network typically takes 5–15 minutes; USDC deposits via the Solana network typically takes 1–2 minutes. During congestion, these times may be longer.
My deposit doesn't appear in my account
Check that you sent USDC and that you sent it on the correct network. You can look up your transaction hash on a blockchain explorer to verify the status. If the transaction shows as confirmed on-chain but your account hasn't been credited, contact our Client Services team.
I sent the wrong token to my deposit address
Only USDC is supported. If you sent a different token (such as ETH or USDT), the funds are irrecoverable and will be lost. You may still contact our Client Services team, but recovery is not possible.
I sent USDC on the wrong network
If you sent USDC on an unsupported network (for example, Polygon instead of Ethereum network), the funds are irrecoverable and will be lost. You may still contact our Client Services team, but recovery is not possible.
My deposit was rejected
If your deposit was rejected, any recoverable funds will be returned to the originating address where possible. You'll receive a notification with details.
