GalaxyOne supports USDC deposits on Ethereum and Solana networks. When you deposit USDC, it is automatically converted to USD and credited to your GalaxyOne Cash Account. The minimum deposit amount is $10.

    STEPS

    1. Go to the Deposit screen in the app or on the web.
    2. Select Stablecoin as your funding method.
    3. Choose a network — Ethereum or Solana. See Which blockchain networks does GalaxyOne support for USDC? below if you're unsure which to pick.
    4. Your unique deposit address will appear, based on the network you selected. Copy it or scan the QR code.
    5. In your external wallet, send USDC to that address on the same network you selected.
    6. Once confirmed on the blockchain, your funds will be converted to USD and credited to your account. You'll receive a notification when this is complete.

    IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

    • Only send USDC to your deposit address. Sending any other token may result in permanent loss of funds.
    • Always send on the correct network. If your address was generated for Ethereum, send via Ethereum. If for Solana, send via Solana. Sending on the wrong network may result in lost funds.
    • Do not send via an unsupported network (e.g. Binance Smart Chain / BSC). If you're unsure which network your USDC is on, check your external wallet or exchange.
    • We recommend sending a small test amount first before sending the full amount.

Network fees apply. Sending USDC from an external wallet requires a blockchain network fee (gas fee) paid to the network, not to GalaxyOne. This fee is deducted by your sending wallet and varies by network — Solana fees are typically a fraction of a cent, while Ethereum fees can range from a few cents to several dollars depending on network congestion. Make sure your wallet has enough ETH or SOL to cover the fee.
