Who is eligible to stake Solana?
Solana (SOL) staking on GalaxyOne is available to eligible clients in supported U.S. states and jurisdictions.
Eligibility requirements
To stake SOL, you must:
- Hold at least 1 SOL plus enough to cover network transaction fees in your GalaxyOne Crypto account.
- Have a verified primary residential address in a supported jurisdiction.
- Have completed all applicable onboarding and verification requirements.
If staking is available to you, the option to stake will appear directly in your account.
About your address
Eligibility is based on the residential address on your account. The address must be a valid legal residence — P.O. boxes are not eligible. If you have more than one legal residence, you may use any of them. You can update your address anytime in your account settings.
Restricted states
Staking is not currently available in the following states:
California, Louisiana, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Availability may change over time based on regulatory, legal, or business considerations. We'll update clients if staking becomes available in additional states.
