Can I transfer my Galaxy Premium Yield investment to someone else?

No. Galaxy Premium Yield Notes are securities, not deposit accounts, and cannot be transferred to another person. This restriction is governed by the terms of the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and applies in all circumstances, including transfers between spouses or family members.

Transfers are only permitted when required by law, such as in the event of death, divorce, or a court order.
