What is staking?

Staking lets you earn rewards on your crypto while helping support a blockchain network. When you stake, your assets are committed to the network and used to help validate transactions and maintain security — for as long as they remain staked.

GalaxyOne offers staking for Solana (SOL), allowing eligible clients to earn rewards on their staked balance.

Important things to know

• Rewards are variable. Staking rewards depend on network conditions and are not guaranteed.
• Staked assets are not immediately available. You'll need to unstake your assets before they can be withdrawn or transferred.
• Rewards compound into your staked balance. Where applicable, rewards are added to your staked balance and may increase future reward calculations, subject to network conditions.
• Network fees apply. Standard network transaction fees (such as blockchain fees for staking or unstaking) will apply.
