How does onboarding verification work for business accounts?

The KYB (Know Your Business) onboarding process verifies your entity’s legal formation, ownership structure, and authorized control persons. As part of this process, ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) and control persons must also complete individual KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

After you submit your corporate account details, each required individual receives a secure email link to provide:

• Legal name
• Residential address
• Date of birth
• Social Security Number
• Government-issued photo ID
• Selfie

This information is collected through the same secure identity verification process used for personal GalaxyOne accounts. Participants can only access the verification session and do not have access to the rest of the platform.

All required verifications must be completed before the business account can be approved. You’ll receive status updates if any action is outstanding.
