Who can open and manage a corporate account on GalaxyOne?

A corporate account must be opened by an individual authorized to act on behalf of the entity. This may include:

• A beneficial owner
• Managing member or officer
• Trustee
• Other designated control person

During signup, the account creator confirms their authority to open and manage the account. Supporting documentation may be required to validate this authority.

All required beneficial owners, control persons and trustees must complete individual identity verification. If ownership or control changes after account approval, GalaxyOne may request updated documentation or initiate re-verification to remain compliant.
