Which entities are eligible to open a corporate account on GalaxyOne?
Corporate accounts on GalaxyOne are available to U.S. entities that meet regulatory, ownership, and verification requirements. Eligible entities include:
- Small and growing businesses
- Startups
- LLCs
- Corporations
- Non-profit organizations
Note: Trusts, Sole Proprietorships, and Partnerships are not yet supported, with full support expected later in 2026. If you'd like to open one of these account types with GalaxyOne, you're welcome to begin the onboarding process and we'll follow up with you once support is available.
To qualify, the entity must:
- Be organized in the United States
- Have an EIN (or SSN for sole proprietors)
- Have beneficial owners and control persons who are U.S. citizens only, each at least 18 years of age
Entities with non-U.S. beneficial owners or control persons are not supported at this time. If your structure is complex or you’re unsure about eligibility, our Client Services team is available to help.
