Which entities are eligible to open a corporate account on GalaxyOne?

Corporate accounts on GalaxyOne are available to U.S. entities that meet regulatory, ownership, and verification requirements. Eligible entities include:

• Small and growing businesses
• Startups
• LLCs
• Corporations
• Partnerships
• Trusts
• Sole proprietorships
• Non-profit organizations

To qualify, the entity must:

• Be organized in the United States
• Have an EIN (or SSN for sole proprietors)
• Have beneficial owners and control persons who are U.S. citizens only, each at least 18 years of age
