2. What is the cash bonus promotion?
GalaxyOne is offering up to $6,000 cash bonus to select clients who have verified their identity but have yet to fund their account. These eligible clients can earn a cash bonus on qualifying cash and crypto deposits of $25,000 or more in USD value before the end of the promotional period.
3. When does the promotion run?
The promotion runs from February 11, 2026 through February 28, 2026. Qualifying deposits must be made by 11:59 p.m. HST on February 28, 2026.
4. Who is eligible for this promotion?
You're eligible if you:
- Have a KYC-verified GalaxyOne account in good standing created between the dates of October 6, 2025
and February 11, 2026. - Are a U.S. resident, 18 years or older.
- Deposit $25,000 or more in new funds (via ACH, wire, or crypto deposit into your GalaxyOne Cash Account or GalaxyOne Crypto account during the promotional period.
- Maintain a minimum balance of $25,000 or USD equivalent across your GalaxyOne account for 90 consecutive days after the end of the promotional period.
Limit one bonus per individual account. Only select KYC-approved clients are eligible for this promotion.
5. When will I receive my bonus?
If you meet all requirements, your cash bonus will be credited to your GalaxyOne Cash account within 30 calendar days after May 29, 2026. Your account must remain open, active, and in good standing at the time of payout.
6. What happens if I withdraw early?
If any portion of your qualifying deposit made during the promotional period is withdrawn during the 90-day maintenance period, or if any qualifying deposit is reversed or returned, you'll lose eligibility for the bonus.
GalaxyOne may withhold or reverse the credit if it has already been issued.
7. Can I withdraw or transfer my bonus?
The promotional credit may be used within the GalaxyOne platform in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Cash redemption, if available, is subject to standard GalaxyOne Cash account processing times and applicable limits. The credit has no cash value outside of the GalaxyOne platform, is non-transferable, and may not be sold or assigned.

Effective Date: February 11, 2026
Promotion Name: First Deposit BonusGalaxyOne Holdings, LLC (“GalaxyOne,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Overview
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the first-time deposit promotional offer (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you (“Participant” or “you”) agree to these Terms, our general Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Service or any other agreement you have with us, the Terms will control for the matter(s) directly in conflict. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms have the same meaning as in the Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible, you must meet all requirements in this Section during the Promotion Period and through credit issuance:
Account Status You must have an active GalaxyOne account in good standing (“Account”), opened between October 6th, 2025 and February 11th, 2026 in accordance with our onboarding procedures and Terms of Service. Limit of one promotional credit per person. The Promotion is non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted by the Company.
Qualifying Deposit and Balance Requirement:
To be eligible for this promotion, you must not have previously funded your GalaxyOne account by any available method prior to the start of the Promotional Period.
During the Promotional Period, you must make one or more qualifying deposits into your GalaxyOne account(s) totaling at least $25,000 USD in aggregate (“Qualifying Deposit Amount”). Qualifying deposits may be made via ACH, wire transfer, or supported cryptocurrency transfers.
For cryptocurrency deposits, the U.S. dollar value will be determined based on the market value at the time the transfer is credited to your account.
Additional qualifying deposits made during the Promotional Period will be included in your total Qualifying Deposit Amount.
To receive the promotional benefit, you must maintain qualifying deposits totaling at least your Qualifying Deposit Amount on the GalaxyOne platform for ninety (90) consecutive calendar days immediately following the end of the Promotional Period (“Maintenance Period”).
For purposes of this requirement:
- Each qualifying deposit will be assigned a U.S. dollar value at the time the deposit is credited to your account.
- This assigned value will not change based on market fluctuations, asset price changes, or subsequent investment activity on the GalaxyOne platform.
- GalaxyOne will track whether the assets associated with those qualifying deposits remain on the platform during the Maintenance Period.
Withdrawals, transfers off platform, returns, reversals, or other transactions that reduce the amount of assets remaining from your qualifying deposits below your Qualifying Deposit Amount during the Maintenance Period will result in disqualification from the promotion.
GalaxyOne determines compliance with the Maintenance Period requirement by tracking the retention of the original qualifying deposits and their assigned U.S. dollar value, rather than by calculating daily ledger balances. The Maintenance Period begins on the first calendar day following the end of the Promotional Period. The Company will determine the Maintenance Period and qualifying balance in its sole discretion.
Source of Funds: Only new funds transferred to GalaxyOne from an external financial institution or external cryptocurrency wallet will qualify. Transfers between GalaxyOne accounts, internal transfers, reversals, returned items, chargebacks, and adjustments do not qualify. If any qualifying deposit is reversed or returned for any reason during the Maintenance Period, you will be deemed ineligible.
Residency and Age: You must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
Compliance and Good Standing: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and onboarding requirements, including without limitation all anti-money laundering and know-your-customer screening requirements. Your Account(s) must remain in good standing (not suspended, restricted, or closed) through the date that the credit is issued, as defined below.
Offer Limits. Limit one promotional credit per person. The Company may, in its discretion, limit the Promotion to one per household and/or one per tax ID. The Promotion is not available to employees of GalaxyOne or its affiliates or to participants in any enterprise or institutional program unless expressly authorized.
3. Promotional Credit
Amount: Eligible Participants will receive a promotional credit posted to their GalaxyOne Cash account, subject to the following tiers.

Timing: The promotional credit will be issued within thirty (30) calendar days after May 29th, 2026, provided all eligibility criteria remain satisfied as of the issuance date. The Account must be open, active, and in good standing at the time of issuance.
Use of Credit: The promotional credit may be used within the GalaxyOne platform in accordance with our Terms of Service. Cash redemption, if available, is subject to standard GalaxyOne Cash Account processing times and applicable limits. The credit has no cash value outside of the GalaxyOne platform, is non-transferable, and may not be sold or assigned.
Adjustments and Reversals: If you fail to maintain eligibility at any point prior to issuance or if GalaxyOne identifies activity it believes to be abusive or manipulative, GalaxyOne may withhold or reverse the promotional credit. If the promotional credit is posted and later determined to have been issued in error or in violation of these Terms, GalaxyOne may debit the amount of the credit from your Account.
Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes resulting from receipt of the promotional credit. GalaxyOne may report the value of the promotional credit to tax authorities as required by law, including through Forms 1099 or other applicable information returns.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on February 11th, 2026, and ends at 4:59 a.m. Eastern Time on March 1st, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or any component of it, at any time, with or without notice, except as required by law. Any changes will not affect credits already issued.
5. Disqualification
GalaxyOne may disqualify any Participant if the Participant:
- Fails to meet eligibility requirements.
- Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information (including regarding accredited investor status or source of funds).
- Attempts to manipulate or abuse the Promotion.
- Violates these Terms, Terms of Service, or any applicable law; or
- Engages in suspicious, high-risk, or fraudulent activity
If disqualified, the Participant forfeits the promotional credit. GalaxyOne’s determinations are final.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GalaxyOne and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, opportunity costs, or damages arising from delays, outages, technical malfunctions, or third-party services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
7. General Terms
This Promotion is void where prohibited. Participation is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted except by GalaxyOne, which reserves the right to substitute a promotional item of equal or greater value if the promotional credit becomes unavailable. No waiver by GalaxyOne of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
GalaxyOne may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the GalaxyOne platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
All disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction will be in the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless otherwise required by law.
