    If an account holder passes away, GalaxyOne will work directly with the named beneficiary to ensure funds are transferred appropriately. If no beneficiary is named, we will instead work with the executor of the estate.

    Having a named beneficiary on your GalaxyOne account is recommended, as it can help streamline this process and provide clarity during a difficult time. Steps to do that can be found here.

    Should this occur, please contact our Client Services team. We will require a copy of the death certificate and some additional documentation, but our team will guide you through each step with care and support.
