How do I cancel or pause a recurring deposit?

If you no longer want a recurring deposit to continue, you can pause or cancel it in the GalaxyOne app.

Steps to Cancel or Pause a Recurring Deposit

1. Open the GalaxyOne app and tap the menu icon in the top right corner.
2. Go to the Accounts & Assets section.
3. Tap Recurring Deposits.
4. Choose the deposit you want to update. Use the toggle to pause it, or tap the trash can icon to cancel it. 

Important Information
Recurring deposits cannot be edited. If you want to change the amount or schedule, you must cancel the existing deposit and create a new one.
