How do I cancel or pause a recurring deposit?
Please see steps below to cancel or pause a recurring deposit:
Mobile App:
- Open the GalaxyOne app and tap the menu icon in the top right corner.
- Go to the Accounts & Assets section.
- Tap Recurring Deposits.
- Choose the deposit you want to update. Use the toggle to pause it, or tap the trash can icon to cancel it.
Desktop/Web Browser:
- Log in to your account via one.galaxy.app and select the menu icon (two lines next to your name in the bottom lefthand corner)
- Go to the Accounts & Assets section.
- Select Recurring Deposits.
- Choose the deposit you want to update. Use the toggle to pause it, or select the trash can icon to cancel it.
Important Information
Recurring deposits cannot be edited. If you want to change the amount or schedule, you must cancel the existing deposit and create a new one.
