How do I set up a recurring deposit?

You can set up recurring deposits directly in the GalaxyOne app or via the website. Please see steps below to set up a recurring deposit:

Mobile App:

1. Open the GalaxyOne app and tap the purple plus (+) icon.
2. Select Deposit then Connected Account.
3. Enter the amount you want to deposit (minimum $100).
4. Choose your frequency: weekly, semi-monthly on the 1st and 15th, or monthly on the 1st.
5. Submit to confirm.

Desktop/Browser:

1. Log in to your account via the website - one.galaxy.app.
2.  Select "Deposit".
3. Choose ACH under Deposit options.
4. Select the desired linked bank account under "From".
5. Enter the amount you want to deposit (minimum $100).
6. Choose your frequency: weekly, semi-monthly on the 1st and 15th, or monthly on the 1st.
7. Select Continue > Confirm and Transfer to complete.
