How do I cancel or pause a recurring stock purchase?

If you no longer want a recurring stock or ETF purchase to continue, you can cancel or pause it in the GalaxyOne app.

Steps to Cancel or Pause a Recurring Purchase

1. Open the GalaxyOne app and tap the menu icon in the top right corner.
2. Go to the Accounts & Assets section.
3. Tap Recurring Orders.
4. Choose the order you want to update. Use the toggle to pause the order, or tap the trash can icon to cancel it. 

Important Information

• Recurring purchases cannot be edited. If you want to change the amount or schedule, you must cancel the existing order and create a new one.
