What are the investment minimums, fees, and withdrawal terms for Galaxy Premium Yield?

The minimum investment is $10,000 per investment. There are no platform fees or other fees associated with this offering. To withdraw, referred to as Repurchase in the Galaxy Premium Yield Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), a 60-day notice is required. The Repurchase period can be extended up to the maturity date by the issuer under certain circumstances. The interest rate is subject to change with a 30-day notice period.
