What are the investment minimums, fees, and withdrawal terms for Galaxy Premium Yield?

The minimum investment is $10,000 per investment, with a maximum of $1,000,000 per accredited investor. There are no platform fees or other fees associated with this offering. To withdraw, referred to as Repurchase in the Galaxy Premium Yield Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), a 60-day notice is required. The Repurchase period can be extended up to the maturity date by the issuer under certain circumstances. The interest rate is subject to change with a 30-day notice period.
