GalaxyOne partners with Parallel Markets to securely complete accredited investor verification. The process varies depending on whether you are verifying as an individual or as a corporate entity.

    Individual

You may qualify as an accredited investor if you meet one of the following criteria:

Income — You earned over $200,000 (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse or spousal equivalent) in each of the last two years and expect to maintain that income level this year.

Net Worth — Your net worth exceeds $1 million, individually or jointly with a spouse or spousal equivalent, excluding the value of your primary residence.

Professional Certifications — You hold an active Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 license.

Verification is completed during the Premium Yield account opening flow through the GalaxyOne platform.

    Corporate / Business

Accredited investor verification for corporate accounts is completed after your GalaxyOne corporate account has been approved.

    Eligibility

Most legal entities — including LLCs, corporations, trusts, and partnerships — qualify if they have more than $5 million in total assets. Entities owned entirely by individuals who each qualify as accredited investors also meet the definition, regardless of total entity assets.

    Verification process

Once your corporate account is active, you can initiate verification through your GalaxyOne dashboard. Supporting documentation may include:

    • Bank account statements
    • Brokerage account statements
    • Real estate appraisals or property records
    • Other financial documents evidencing total assets

Documents must be recent, legible, and reflect the legal entity name on file with GalaxyOne. Once confirmed, Galaxy Premium Yield will become available in your dashboard.
