To withdraw crypto from your GalaxyOne account, follow these steps to ensure your transaction is completed successfully.

Steps to Withdraw Crypto
- Open the GalaxyOne app.
- Tap Quick Action > Withdraw > Crypto.
- Select the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw.
- Paste or enter your destination wallet address.
- Select the network you’d like to use.
- Enter the amount of crypto to send.
- Tap Continue.
- On the Review screen, confirm all details are accurate, then tap Submit.
- Enter the 2FA code sent to you via SMS and tap Confirm and Withdraw.

- GalaxyOne processes crypto withdrawals immediately after you confirm.
