How can I deposit a physical check?
GalaxyOne does not currently support physical check deposits—this includes mobile check deposit through the app.
You can still deposit funds from a check into your GalaxyOne account by following these steps:
Deposit the check into another bank account where mobile or in-person check deposit is supported (e.g. your checking account at a traditional bank).

Link that external bank account to your GalaxyOne account. You can do this from within the app by navigating to:
Settings → Manage Accounts → Add another account
Once linked, initiate an ACH transfer to move the funds from your external bank to GalaxyOne.
