How do I set up a direct deposit?

To set up direct deposit into your GalaxyOne Cash Account (a checking account with Cross River Bank, Member FDIC), provide the following to your employer or HR/payroll department:

• Receiving Bank Name and Address: Cross River Bank, 885 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666
• ABA/Routing Number: 021214891
• Beneficiary Bank Account Title: Your full name
• Account Type: Checking
• Account Number: Found in the GalaxyOne app under Accounts & Assets > Manage Accounts

Direct deposits are posted to your account as soon as they are received. If you do not see the funds in your account, it means we have not yet received them from your employer or payroll provider.
