How do I submit an ACH withdrawal request?
You can transfer funds from your GalaxyOne Cash account to your linked bank directly through the app:
- Select the purple quick action button on the navigation bar
- Choose Withdraw > Cash
- Select the linked bank account you’d like to send funds to
Transfers to an external account typically take 1–2 business days. Withdrawals can only be made to a linked bank account but any linked brokerage accounts are ineligible to receive ACH withdrawals.
Funds deposited via ACH typically clear within 1 business day and can be withdrawn to the originating bank account after 3 business days. Withdrawals to any account (bank, brokerage, or crypto) other than the originating bank account can be done after 60 days. At this time outbound wires are not available but we are working diligently to ensure they become available soon.
