Tips for creating an account

Checklist for Successful Account Setup
- Enter your full legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued ID.
- Provide your current physical address. PO Boxes are not accepted.
- Use a mobile number registered to you. VOIP and landline numbers are not supported.
- Double-check your Social Security Number and Date of Birth for typos.
Common Errors to Avoid
- Typos in your name, address, phone number, or SSN
- Using a nickname instead of your legal name (e.g. Will instead of William)
- Entering an outdated mailing address
- Using a shared or business phone number
