How do I transfer a brokerage account to GalaxyOne? (inbound ACATS transfer)

You can move some or all of your investments from another brokerage account into your GalaxyOne account using the Automated Customer Account Transfer Service (ACATS). This system makes it quick and efficient to transfer your securities such as stocks and ETFs between firms.

1. Contact the Client Services team and request the inbound ACATS transfer form or rollover form depending on the account type you wish to transfer

2. Complete the Form via Docusign

   Fill out all required details about the account you’re transferring from and your GalaxyOne account information.

4. GalaxyOne Initiates the Transfer 

   Once we receive your form, GalaxyOne will submit an inbound transfer request to your outside brokerage firm. By submitting the form, you are authorizing GalaxyOne to request and complete the transfer on your behalf.

• Transfer timeline: Most inbound ACATS transfers take 2–5 business days once initiated.
• Possible delays: If any information is missing, or if your outside brokerage rejects the request, we will contact you right away to resolve the issue.
