My ACH withdrawal request has been completed, but I don’t see the funds in my bank account. Where is my money?

For withdrawals marked as completed from your GalaxyOne Cash account to your linked bank account, you can expect to see the funds in your receiving bank account within 1–2 business days.

What “Completed” Means

• “Completed” means GalaxyOne has finished processing your ACH withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals initiated before 4:00 PM ET are processed the same business day.

• Withdrawals initiated after 4:00 PM ET or on the weekend are processed the next business day.

• Once GalaxyOne processes the withdrawal, your receiving bank may take an additional 1–2 business days to successfully credit the funds to your account.
