    Absolutely — incoming domestic wire transfers are welcome, and there are no limits.

    To send a wire to your Cash account (a checking account with Cross River Bank, Member FDIC), just share the following info with your bank:

    • Receiving Bank Name/Address:
      Cross River Bank
      885 Teaneck Road
      Teaneck, NJ 07666

    • ABA/Routing Number: 021214891

    • Account Type: Checking

    • Beneficiary Name/Account Title: Your full name (exactly as listed on GalaxyOne, please contact Client Services if you are unsure)*

    • Account Number: You’ll find this in your app under Manage Accounts

    Note: Incoming wire transfers typically arrive within one business day after being sent. Please note that wire delivery times can vary depending on the sending and intermediary banks.

     

    If it has been more than two business days since your wire was sent, please contact client services and be prepared to provide one of the following so we can investigate further:

    • The federal reference number
    • A wire confirmation or receipt from your sending bank

    Tip: Double-check everything with your bank before sending — wires are fast but not reversible.

     

    *Note: If you signed up for GalaxyOne using a nickname (i.e. Johnny when your name John), please contact GalaxyOne client services for assistance in updating the name on file to your full legal name. If we receive a wire and the name on the account does not exactly match, the wire will likely be rejected
