I can’t log in — what should I do?
If you’re having trouble logging in to your GalaxyOne account, please try the following steps:

Update your mobile app
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the GalaxyOne mobile app. Visit your app store to see if any updates are available. -
Try a different browser
If you’re logging in on the web, clear your cache and cookies, then try again. -
Reset your password
Tap Forgot Password on the login screen to reset your credentials. -
If you changed your phone number
Contact us so we can help reset your login information.
