Can I transfer my brokerage account out of GalaxyOne? (outbound ACATS transfer)
The outbound ACATS (in-kind) transfer process is not currently automated within GalaxyOne. However, our Client Services team can assist you with a manual outbound ACATS transfer if needed.
To begin the process, please contact our Client Services team with your outbound transfer request.
Please note: your GalaxyOne Cash account must have a minimum balance of $65 to cover the outbound ACATS fee charged by our clearing firm.
Once your request is received and your account meets the balance requirement, our team will guide you through the next steps to complete your outbound ACATS transfer.
