How can I update my contact information?
You can update your information in a few different ways depending on what you need to change and how long you’ve had your GalaxyOne account.
Update in the App (Self-Service)

Email address – You can update your email address at any time.

Mailing address – If it’s been more than 30 days since your account was opened, you can update your mailing address directly in the app.
How:

Tap the menu icon (top-right corner of the home screen in app)

Find Accounts and Assets, select Edit My Profile
Support Required
Contact our Client Services team for the following updates:

Name change – Requires one of the following:
-
Government-issued ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license)

Court-approved name change document
-
Marriage certificate

Phone number change – Requires identity verification.

Mailing address change within the first 30 days of account opening – Requires a valid government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license, state-issued ID card) showing your new address or address verification documentation if your ID is not yet up to date.
